Scope
These terms concern administrative and organisational services agreed between PIOTR MARCIN KSOL, Entrepreneur individuel, and a client acting in a professional capacity. This site does not offer a consumer checkout.
Quotes and agreement
Tasks, deliverables, volume, prerequisites, price and deadlines are specified in an individual quote. An enquiry is not an order. Work is confirmed by explicit acceptance of the quote and applicable conditions.
Scheduling
The schedule depends on the information and access needed for the work. Changes to the initial assumptions may require a revised schedule agreed by both parties.
Provider obligations
The provider applies appropriate care to the agreed tasks, reports identified difficulties and respects the scope. No particular commercial result is guaranteed.
Client obligations
The client supplies accurate information and access they are authorised to share, appoints a contact, reviews deliverables and keeps appropriate backups. Business decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
Price, invoicing and payment
No standard prices or tax rates are published. The quote sets out the price, applicable taxes, payment arrangements and due dates. Invoices include mandatory information, applicable late payment penalties and recovery compensation for professional transactions. No payment is taken on this site.
Changes and cancellation
Work outside the agreed scope requires prior discussion and may require an additional quote. On cancellation, the parties determine completed work and actual commitments under the accepted quote and applicable law.
Confidentiality
Both parties limit information to what is needed and avoid unauthorised disclosure except where required by law. Return, deletion and access arrangements are agreed according to the documents involved.
Liability
Each party is responsible for attributable breaches under applicable law. Nothing restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Force majeure
An event meeting the legal conditions for force majeure may suspend affected obligations. The affected party informs the other and seeks appropriate measures.
Governing law and disputes
French law applies, subject to mandatory provisions. The parties seek an amicable solution before referring a dispute to the court competent under applicable rules. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
